In normal exercise the muscle contracts at about 2 times per second. The ARP device
causes muscles to contract up to 500 to 1000 times per second forcing your nervous system to react to each contraction.

Your certified trainer will likely recommend a series of sessions over a certain period to achieve the best outcomes.

Hydration and Recovery

Hydrate well after the session, as muscle contractions can lead to dehydration. Give your muscles time to recover before the next Arpwave session or any other intense physical activity.

Nutrition and Rest

Proper nutrition and sufficient rest are vital components of muscle growth. Ensure you're consuming enough protein and giving your body time to recover between sessions. The challenging part is that it needs these components in proper proportions and intervals to maximize its potential.
